Decision Letter Restortion of Status

Hi all, I need some help. I have applied for study permit and refused and then again applied with 90 days and refused due to
Citizenship and Immigration Canada does not consider distance education as an activity that requires a study permit, and as a result, they have used this to base their decision since you were living in Toronto but studying in a different province.

I only have 20 days left to go to court.. don't know what to do.. need help pls

Is your program distance education? If so, then you don't qualify for a study permit. This is made very clear in the study permit rules.

In addition if u are requested for any reason physically at any stage of ur program u will be considered on to enter canada TRV. That is the rule.

I have been in on campus for 2 years in Newfoundland and then came to Toronto and Taking courses over the internet for another 1 or 1.5 years with the same university. I m 2 semester away from my graduation and all of a sudden i m having this serious issue. what Can i do at this point since i have been denied twice ..any advise?

Please Need some Help. It says in Bold " You are a persons in Canada without legal Status and as such are required to leave Canada Immediately. I you don not leave Canada Voluntarilly, Enforcement action my be taken against you" does that mean it is a deportation letter.
