Decision dispatched without asking passport

Visa application, trackig ID ...............Your Decision has been dispatched from the Canada Visa Office, Singapore on 27/07/2016 to the Canada Visa Application Centre DHAKA. You will get SMS & Email when your Decision will receive at Canada Visa application centre where it was submitted"
I had submitted my advanced medical from with application. But without getting any email for submission of passport. My status changed to this. I know its negative..... But is there any hope. Plzzzz help.

Well that's the luck. However what u wrote " uprofnt"?
I m thinking to apply again as soon after seeing the reasons behind rejection. Can any body tell would my previous application b realated with the new? Meant would they have record of my previous rejection? Plzzz reply

Yes they will have the record of rejection. Check the reasons first, sometimes the reasons are really silly of your side and do not affect future applications to CIC. It may be that you missed a document or something like that. But if it is something like Travel History or Financial support, then your future application also has a high chance of being rejected.

You applied online? When you apply online, you upload scans of the documents, so what are you expecting them to return? Reason of rejection is in your messages. Check your GCKey account.

I filluped the application online n submitted the form n all the documents in Vfs global Canada . then they sent these to the embassy of Canada Singapore. As there r no embassy in Dhaka Bangladesh. And bro what is GCkey acount? I don't have any idea of it.

Gckey is used to track your applicatiom. its better than the VFS tracking system. google CIC check application status
