Decision dispatched... Experts please advise

Can't understand what is happening. Expert brothers and sisters please advise. My tracking says the following:

Visa application, tracking ID No XYZ Your Decision has been dispatched from the Canada Visa Office, Singapore on 28/11/2014 to the Canada Visa Application Centre DHAKA. You will get SMS & Email when your Decision will receive at Canada Visa application centre where it was submitted.

I'm from Bangladesh and didn't get medical call so far. Submitted paper documents about 10 days ago. Is it anything I should be worried about?

Generally, given last few years trend, only dispatch notice without medical and/or PP submission email is not a good sign at all . And with all my heart I hope I am completely wrong here!!! But better to wait for VFS email or sms. Then you can be completely sure.

What was your application submission date(precise)?
At what date(precise) did your tracker said that your application reached Singapore office?
At what date did you saw the tracker update as in on 28th November or today on 30th November?

And the reason I asked for the precise date is because in some other thread, 3 days before today, you wrote that you submitted your passport 10 days ago! So I am confused.

I submitted the docs on 18 nov, they received in Singapore CHC on 21 NOV. I checked the tracking status just today, 30 NOV. Additionally I was in the UK for last 3 years and came back home to apply for the visa from my home country. I am now worried to be honest!

brother, you commented on my post of "Medical Call" right ? I am from Bangladesh as well.
The first time I applied on June, I got this similar status when I tracked down my application. It was a rejection after 25 days of submission. I hope by all means that your application doesn't get the same decision. But, to be honest, you should start preparations for your next visa application. Pray for me brother, I will submit my passport tomorrow.

By any chance did you checked it yesterday was there any changes? Or just the tracker changed today?

Did you submit the police clearance certificate and obtained it by this process : http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/security/police-cert/europe/united-kingdom.asp ?

I tracked the application on the day before yesterday, not sure about yesterday as I did not check it. I obtained a police clearance from Bangladesh after arriving here.

The first time I applied, it was a sh.i.tty application. I submitted a letter of acceptance of a very new community college for diploma course and didn't submit any official document of the money I had transferred to canada. In short the rejections reasons were :

*I won't return to Bangladesh
*Purpose of visit.
*Financial status and personal assets. ( didn't submit any DEED certificates )
*Ties in bangladesh and canada
*travel history.

This time I applied with following documents :

*LOA form the University Of New Brunswick ( Mechanical Eng. Degree)
*closing Bank balance of CAD $73,000
* CA statement
* Affidavit of Father.
* Trade licenses
* Tin certificates
*Police clearance certificate
* IELTS : 7.5
and a few more documents.

What I also submitted along with my application are:

* IELTS : 7.0
* Affidavit of Father for sponsorship
* Travel history (i was in the UK for 3 years, recently arrived back home)
* Police certificate from Bangladesh
* Study plan, which is realistic and highly reasonable
* My responsibilities in Bangladesh, the reason why I would come back after studies
* CAD$ 35,000 as financial support for me and my wife
* NO TIN
* NO Trade lisence

what could possibly be the problem? Can you advise please brother?

@vicky22 You made a mistake!!! You must submit a police clearance certificate from Uk as you have lived there for consecutive 6 months or more after turning 18 ( you stayed in Uk for 3 years, right?) . Here's CIC clearly demands it :

Original police certificates
You must obtain a police certificate for each country or territory where you have lived for six (6) consecutive months or longer since reaching the age of 18
Further instructions will be provided for applicants who require a ‘certificate of no criminal conviction’ from the local authorities in Singapore

Reference : From study permit checklist Singapore (that you are supposed to fill and submit on top of your application), Read the Original Police Certificate section after the Study Plan section and Quebec section

In your case it will not be singapore but BANGLADESH and United Kingdom

How to get it?
I already gave you the link and still better you contact the UK embassy they will guide you accordingly. If you are still planning for reapplication I suggest hurry brother hurry ... Get it ASAP!!!

And then you also must wait for the official rejection to further perfect your reapplication!!!

bro,your profile looks fine to me.
what's the cost of your education there ? Normally they say that you have to show , Tuition + CAD $10,000 + CAD $ 4000( if anyone accompanies you ) BUT, you should show atleast CAD $50,000 just to be on the safe side. you see, no one is accompanying me but I still showed CAD 73 K.
And, if your father is businessman , you MUST show trade licenses and as a citizen you must satisfy the VO that you are one of those 'good citizens' that is : You are a tax payee. So, a TIN certificate is really important of your dad's.

What is your tuition fees? Did you pay them upfront? This CAD 35,000 , How did you show it, FDR(how old and its source) or Savings account(did you recently add that money to the account and what its source)? How much do you actually need for SP funding (first year tuition +12 mon living + spouse+misc fees+CAD1200-2000 for air fare) and against it how much did you show( fluid money + if you have paid any fees or accommodation in advance?

I see! I have a UK police clearance certificate that I collected last year probably in August. Will I be able to use it again? Any idea? Even if I need a new UK police clearance then from where I should get it? UK HC in Bangladesh or in the UK?
