Decent profile. Study visa refused twice. HELP. Change course ?

2nd time OTHER REASONS
Not satisfied with vour orooosed course of studv. Not satisfied that vou are a genuine student nor that
you are a intending tempo'rary resident who wolld depart Canada dt the end 6f the period of authorized
stay.

Financial- 14000$ Fees paid, GIC 10,000$ Pais, ITR 10 LAKH, FD 8 Lakhs.

As long as your academics are concerned, its decent. But the moment you add a simple diploma (after having a B Tech), its all unsatisfactory.

Would agree with previous post the fact that you have been refused twice with basically the same reason re the planned course should be a big hint you need to think again to look at a something more convincing than what reads in effect a course to become an automobile mechanic something that might need a lot of convincing for a VO.

But they gave visas to of my friends with similar profile and same course.
Should I change course ?
Is Quality Engineering Management ok ?
