What was the reason for first refusal?? what all changes have u done to the second application? Could you please specify ?I also got one refusal. Reason was Purpose of visit. Now I applied for the second time on March 8th. I changed my study plan and applied.

I was refused last oct 2020 - Regular application
reasons:
1. purpose of visit
2. personal assets and financial
3. ties to home country

In my second application - SDS

to address my refusal,

1. for the assets and funds- 10k CAD GIC, 1 year tuition paid, joint account with my mother, and personal bank account.
2. for ties to home country - my mom did a deed of donation of her house to me. it is not transferred officially yet but i showed them a notarized deed of donation, i also sent family pictures, insurances, government contributions, letter from employer saying i have standing job offer

I also mentioned travel history in SOP. I listed all the countries and the year i visited and indicated that i never overstayed in all of them and followed rules.

3. purpose of visit. - show good study plan

how your chosen program will improve your career.
how your chosen program connects to your previous education and previous job
mention why you are taking the program at this point in your life
mention in SOP the courses/subjects in your chosen program that will help you improve your career
mention good job prospects in your home country
your future plans in your home country after studying in canada
mention why study in canada and not your home country
