Proof of funds

Additional documents 3
Letter of Intent

I have all these documents in PDF format that ask password to open. I can send password,there is no issue. I am just wondering do I have to scan all these documents one by one and crea

te one PDF for each category?

Yes its better to make pdf for each category. Please remove password. It should be straight. Take some help.

It was a great moment, I hope to see many more nominations in this topic!

After 6 days of my phone interview I got the nomination. I was wondering what had been happening at OIPN from Dec. 2015.
Never mind, at least I was able to spend more time with my family and friends before leaving the country. :-/

JBLJ salary statements are the strongest documents. Avoid sending LOE. OR your application might be refered to sen officer

I got an e-mail about the decision phase/senior processing officer stage 1 day earlier than I got my nomination. I do not think there is a clear sign of how long would it take to get nomination. Or maybe... if you are asked for 4-5 different docs it can indicate that your case is more difficult than the other cases. (I had to send updated proof of funds and 13 months of payslips, and it took only 1 day after sending the docs to get nomination. Maybe the workload of the officer is more important. I had noticed that some people who applied a couple of days later than me got additional doc request 1-2 weeks earlier than me. I believe that it happened because of the schedule of the case officer)

So i got decision phase email on 12th Oct and then on 13th Oct i got this:

Dear xxxxxxxxxxx

In your description of your work history in your application, you indicated that your work experience at xxxxxx as well as xxxxx falls under NOC 0601, which differs from the NOC under which you chose to be assessed in your MyCIC profile (NOC 6211).

- Please confirm the appropriate NOC to classify your duties in your roles with xxxxxxx as well as xxxxxxx.

- Should you select a new NOC under which to be assessed, please submit confirmation that you have updated the NOC with CIC by providing evidence that you have changed your MyCIC profile (i.e. EE profile number if different, screenshot of NOC selected, etc.).

Please provide the requested information within 15 calendar days. Should you choose not to submit this information within this time, your application will be assessed based on the information on file which may lead to the denial of your application. If submitting via email, please ensure documents are compiled into one PDF document for each requested item.

So does this mean i go back one step for investigator AB (Arbijeet) to call and grill me on my NOC?


I got PT with NOC 6211, applied with 0601 and sometime this year, i changed on myCIC from 6211 to 0601. So when i was called by AB, he grilled me on 6211 which i passed since they are quite similar and i guess they were about to nominate and then all this...........

If yes how long did it take for them to Nominate you after that.

yeah agree! I had a hard time in Compressing PDFs and Uploading, so guys I have used One drive outlook to send documents, Uploaded all my documents into cloud and Sent, did anyone this thread did the same thing?

Decision phase email received five hours after sending in add docs. Mail came with IELTS expiry alert, so I responded with a copy of my new IELTS test report.

Fingers crossed now. It's all in God's hands.
