Was 5k taken out and then 5k put back in (i mean exact same amount?)

If that is the case, I would just write a LOE stating the reason why it was taken out and why it was put back in and then show the entries in the bank statement when it was taken out and when it was put back in.

Claiming that this was a gift may be considered as misrepresentation and there is no reason to do that. If you want to be even safer, you can create an affidevit where you get the person who you lent the money to say that you lent him/her the money and he/she has returned it (if that is possible).

NO, the story is complicated in a way! the money was taken out in two steps in December ! Part of it was back in April and the rest in October but if you see the two figures; there is a difference of CAD 4k which is due to some spend on my end. The whole thing was for buying and selling a car again so should I write a letter for that or not ?

Bottom line is that you need to be able to satisfactorily explain why the money was deposited as a lump sum now. If you can satisfactorily explain why these transactions happened and show that on the statement, I would write an LOE. If not (or you think they may not believe you), you could do as Stanlee Suggested.

Personally I would write an LOE. If you have nothing to hide, I don't see any reason to complicate things. I am sure they are also aware that the bank account wont be left as it is all the time..

I received a call from AB, and he asked me various questions about my job roles, and timeline of when i started job and where. Following doc were requested and i would need HELP on some of them.

1. Updated bank transactions of last 6 months.

2. Explanation/evidence of large deposit of funds.
------I would need help in this, what should i provide? should i get a gift deed certificate from my parents on a normal paper of would require an affadavit?

3. Copy of pay slips from XXX to XXX

4. Evidence of job search in Ontario
------I would need help in this, what should i provide? i have applied for hardly one or two job offers, should i provide email copies and details of job search in job bank? (My NOC is 2173).

Please help me...also do i need to courier them or email them scan copies? because there is nothing mentioned in the email.

How did you get those funds? If you got it by selling something, you can show them sale receipts. Otherwise, you can get a gift deed made. Legal paper + Notarization required.

Provide them with whatever research you have done about the jobs in your field in Ontario. You can send them your profile links on various job boards you have registered with. Also, you can submit any job applications that you might have sent. Good luck!

They ask for this from FSW people? I never bothered to apply for a job there on account of the fact that there is zero chance of getting a job without PR there..

1) A letter and the relevant documents should do.

2) Affidavit. Bank statements showing debit (from the person who gifted you)/credit (into your account). This is the usual drill. If anyone has done something different, please post it.

2. I believe most of the applicants are not visiting the job site for opportunities. May be I am wrong.
IT make no sense; but if at all we are asked for the proof what will we submit.

Any value would work. Remember your country's stamp paper doesn't have any legal validity in Canada so some people tend to get affidavit made on plain paper and then get it notarised. All same.

Advantage with affidavit on stamp paper is that it would just give more confidence to OINP officer, which is what we want at this stage.

I just spoke to the nice guy from Ontario and he said my application has been approved but they are sending information by post. Has anyone had this before? I am little puzzled.
