you are wrong as always. The application freeze after submitting to IRCC post ITA.. IELTS will not expire and points will not reduce. It is clearly mentioned in the same para and if you cannot interpret a simple thing please do as you wish. reading even 100 times will not make any diff to you

Before you apply for PR.....means only up to submitting application and not throughout the process.

Please dont forget to give your IELTS after you apply for IRCC. if you think throughout the proess you have to maintain 400 of OINP

I believe that the best option would be, if CIC draw will happen on 12 Oct and you will get ITA, you have to accept it and try hard to get required IELTS score, either to ask for rechecking or sit again for the exam, once you will get the needed score you will be able to upload the documents.

This is what I think, may be the seniors can confirm

The “Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program, MCI” must be indicated as the recipient of the report.

You need to get ITA and submit e-Apr BEFORE your IELTS expires on 16th October. Once e-Apr is submitted everything freezes.

Post 16-Oct, if your original CRS falls below 400 (irrespective of +600 points), OINP may/will withdraw your nomination, no doubt about that. It's clearly mentioned in the OINP application guide.

You MUST submit your e-Apr (that includes medical and police certificates) by 16-Oct, provided there is a draw on 12-Oct

Or a moron: the process ENDS from your side once you submit the eAPR and get eAoR.

Dear All…
PLZ HELP
I really need help in my situation as my immigration advisor is extremely useless and is the reason for the dilemma I am in now.
I received nomination from Ontario which I accepted on 4th October and 600 points were added to my score 444 (Total: 1044) and I received a nomination certificate with a barcode. But unfortunately; my express entry profile is going to expire on 20th October.
The new Situation is as following:
Express entry profile is going to expire on 20th October.
My IELTS will expire on 16th October; I have a new ILETS, with the following score (L:9, R:8.5, W: 6.5 , S:8); anyways I send it to my immigration advisor and when she uploaded yesterday my score decreased to 390 due to reduction in my IELTS writing 0.5. There is no time to repeat my ILETS exam or request a recheck for the writing part. But since I’ve already received nomination 600 points my score is currently 990.
I expected a draw on 5th of October or yesterday. But since there are no draws. I’m not sure what to do.
My questions is what should I do now...If there is a draw on the coming Wednesday 12... then I am safe.. (Score 990)
But if there is no draw. I need to send Ontario a new express entry profile with score decreased to (390). Will they accept to add again the 600 points of nomination that they have already added to my old profile although I no longer maintain the 400 score
Apology for the long story but I wanted to describe the whole situation.

What is the best option from the followings
Option 1- Don't accept any invitation on the coming Wednesday and let my express entry expire...Repeat the IELTS, make a new express entry profile with CRS above 400 and ask Ontario to add nomination to it (But what is the validity of the nomination I received? any idea?
Option 2- Accept the invitation the coming Wednesday and then repeat the IELTS and include the new IELTS after I get the needed score then submit to CIC..but what will happen to my profile on 16 when my profile expires? will my express entry close as the included IELTS is expired although I accepted invitation to apply or it will be open to add the new IELTS with the correct score.

I am afraid that It is nearly impossible to submit all my file before 16 as advised..not sure I'll be able to receive medical..

1. Medical exams

Do not complete any medical exam until you get an Invitation to Apply. You must have a medical exam before you can become a permanent resident. Your family members must also have one, even if they are not coming with you.

2. Police certificates

To immigrate to Canada, you and any family members 18 and older must include their police certificates as part of the application for permanent residence.

Medical & PCC are needed ONLY for Primary applicant, spouse and all dependent children (PCC only for children>18).

Even if the spouse and/or kids are not immigrating to Canada, even then also their medicals/PCC are needed.
