Did you arranged it, 5 days is very less time, looks like OINP and CIC fund requirements are different for CEC candidates.

No we cant show PPF. The fund should be in a state which can be immediately liquidated.
Saving fd or rd. Ppf, pf and equities will not be accepted. (Info from immigration agent)

No locked in period of your funds.
Ppf and ither tax saving deposits have locked in so even tax saving fd wont work.

Yes you can take a gift from your family members and get a gift deed made stating that they hve gifted that amount to you for your imigration purpose and will not take it back from you.
After you take the gift make sure you get an fd done and have it in your account till your application is processed. Also try not to make big transactions and very often account transfers from the account you will show your funds in.
They have been asking for the pof and acc statement at the time of application process(which took them over 6months). So most of them have to eventually give the statemt for 1 year.

I got a letter from OINP for updated POF. Another thing they mentioned is regarding NOC. After I had got PT notification, I had changed my NOC code before submitting app to OINP.

They have written "You indicated in your application that your job duties with "XYZ" and "ABC" under NOC 2283 – Information systems testing technicians, which differs from the NOC you selected to be assessed against in your MyCIC profile, which is NOC 2173 – Software engineers and designers.
Please confirm the appropriate NOC to classify your duties under.
Should you select a new NOC, please submit confirmation that you have updated your MyCIC profile accordingly (i.e. EE profile number if different, screenshot of NOC selected, etc.)"

If I'm interpreting the letter correctly, a screenshot of EE profile should suffice as I think they cannot access current details in EE profile. Can anybody else shed some more light on this?

IMO, what they are telling you is in your EE profile, you have chosen the primary NOC as 2173 but in your OINP application form, you have mentioned your primary NOC as 2283 and claimed points for these jobs. They are also asking you to change the primary NOC on your EE profile to 2283.

If you have already changed the NOC to 2283, then you can send a screenshot of the page and tell them you have already updated this.

Yeah! Most of us has done the same.
All my funds were in my and mymoms joint acc had to transfer to mine and got the deed made.

I told you no one got such an email. you said someone got it. I said you only get if you ask status and send them inquiry. they dont send by themselves as a part of process. so if you want it you can send email asking status.
