Two possibilities:
A. One team may be finalizing the list with old DD, New DD, calling, seeking additional docs for remaining applicants
B. Rest of them got busy preparing NoM's for all eligible applicants who received AoR,

Hardly we hear any updates from Nov..Mar applicants..of calls, additional docs....

they're training the new guys.. maybe 2 months

@MZASAM, one thing is very clear that they are holding the nominations due to some strategy, or else there is no reason that November applicants are not getting nominations. This is scary situation, but gives us a hope that when they will start with nominations it will be like a thunder storm. But the silence before the thunder storm is killing !!!

Please don't scare us. Why do you think a couple of months training is required. Understanding few policies, procedures and the document flow
is good enough for a kick start. We are just really speculating; Who knows whether they were successful in getting the temp staff or not. :'( :'( :'(

Let's brainstorm what this mysterious "strategy" is after all?

Bestofluck: Sooner or later; OINP has to share their decisions with applicants.

Every thing in this world has limit; and a time. It's indeed more frustrating due to lack of transparency and uncertainty.

Irrespective of what ever decisions they take, the applicants must be informed through their website.

Tari: There should be an agenda to brain storm. Almost every applicant is facing the trauma for none of their mistakes.
At this juncture, OINP should share the time frame for issuing the NoM's to all whom they issued AoR or they can
declare the reason for the delays. How long they will keep us in the state of uncertainty. Some day they will have to share their decisions.

My assumption: All provinces Except OINP has paused all activity. May be waiting for some decision, instructions from IRCC

all provinces are giving nominations like never ever seen in modern history since beginning of the year

Here's the agenda: Mysterious strategy of OINP....

Guys just a possibility that might occur....The draw tomorrow is for 2000 candidates and a major chunk of OINP applicants with AOR is sucked out, leaving atleast 500-1000 people less for ontario to process...

Dreaming but with eyes wide open :D :D

On a more serious note, have you guys been considering any backup plan? Or is it just myself who's making second/third/fourth (sic) plan, like SINP as soon as it reopens, PEI or Australia...
How much confidence are you guys left with in ON?

what's the use of any draw size without nomination at hand first??
