I have the funds now. when applying to IRCC it will be morethan the POF and older than six months.

My question is the updated bank statement.
i had emergency and had to withdraw then fulfill it again.

Do I need to send explanation letter for that?
this happens to a lot of people. most of them actually. not everyone can manage 11+K ( in some cases 17+K ) for 6 months without using some of it.
Just provide an explaination letter when you get any request for justification or you think that they require justification.

I have different opinion. We have seen how fast they have issued AORs, no body expected that fast. In my opinion, they are not giving nomination deliberately right now due to some internal decision.

They might be already done with Nov, Dec applicants by now, and just waiting for some trigger. They have also recruited new

Document checklist and eligibility criteria is already verified as all applicants have received AOR.

- In case of doubt they need to call applicants and ask for proofs/intention etc. (not required in all cases).
- They will ask for POF and payslips, in almost all cases and that too depends on strategy. As during ITA, applicant is anyway going to show POF.

So it is very much plausible to process all applications in 120 days, if not in 90 days. However, it depends on how many officers OINP has recruited and what is their strategy and willingness to release nominations.

They must also be under pressure as they have huge backlog, and they have to start PTs for 2017. So they also wouldn't prefer to keep this burden on them for long time.

There are still sept and oct people waiting!!
In NO way will they process everybody in this year..

Whatever the reasons are, a glitch, another glitch while trying to fix a glitch..etc.
The fact remains: no way in hell 6000 applications are going to be processed in 90 days, not even 2000, do the math.

It's even less than 90 days until years end, there are effectively only 71 working days left.

6000/71 = 85 nomination per day, it's not possible.

They can nominate everyone just in a day ! They are already done with the process and just waiting for some worked out strategy to be followed. Even 100 AOR per day seemed impossible and they managed to do give 1800 january AOR in few days !!!

While they have processed most of the applications. Did you notice almost half of the December list is CEC who are about to get nomination. the balance half will not take time. Just wait for some days and see the things moving.

Meanwhile you can be prepared for nomination in 2018 because even 260 working days in 2017 is also not enough for pending 2015, 2016 an 2017 applications. LOL

Waiting does not mean their file is not reviewed, processed and finalised. It might be already reviewed/finalised, and pending only for release of final decision. Many applications are in final decision phase since months. It implies two things:

1. Final decision authority is busy since so many months, and he don't get time to look at them (very unlikely).
2. Already finalized and decision taken, but nomination not released (sounds logical).

These are just speculations/assumptions. So we are bound to have different opinions :).

I agree to prettycanada. They have nominations ready. We might see some bulk nominations released in stages like 400-600 nominations before a draw. They will distribute us all in say 4-6 Draws.

I see many changes going to take place this month

01. The additional doc request will be sent to only few.
02. They will issue bulk nominations released in batches before a Draw
03. They will come out with a positive update on 20th September. keep watching OINP updates
04. The next draw will be over 1200 which will include 250 nominations and further the draw will be over 1500 which will include about 500 nominations from OINP.
05. We may not see phone calls coming to everyone, but a selected few.
06. Most of the CEC will be nominated this month and the FSW applicants will see a flow of nominations in October.

Folks please remember there are only 7 IRCC draws left for the year.... and there are PNPs from other provinces, LMIAs, other streams so it's unlikely OINP can issue more than 200 nominations per draw.

Considering draw size of 1000, even that would be cornering 20% of all ITAs

Draw size will increase with OINP nominations which will not affect the other quota. IF they issue 400 nominations from OINp the draw will be 1000+400 or say 1200 + 400 ......

Hey all,

I wanted to find out how many of you have EE profiles expiring shortly? I don't know why, but I think that updating them with new EE profiles might result in slowing down finalizing our files.

Hi - can someone send me the link with the steps to renew an expired profile. I thought I saved the link but didn't. And I can't seem to find the specific thread when trying to search.

Just make a new EE profile, Link your old EE profile number to it. Send the new profile number via email to OINP, with all your details.

They will make the necessary changes.
