just got a terse mail from Ontarionominee ...find attached details with Updated Fee receipt. I want to assume it's acknowledgement of the new DD sent to them. Though i'm yet to get my expired DD.

@Kim did you receive such mail or has anyone with returned DD got such.

Hello everyone. I got request to send new dd on 14th June(app recieved on 21 December) along with aor. I sent new dd on 16th that was Thursday and dd was delivered on 20th Monday at the OINP office. I received my old dd today on 22nd.
They're releasing the old dd only after receiving the new one and the service is fast.
There was no corresponding email for old or new dd.

That's correct, CEC and FSW go under one stream and the quota is 2700 or so.

I had sent my application on 30th december. However yesterday my application package got returned and they said that all the pages of passport were not attached. However i had attached all the pages of my passport whether stamped or blank. I dont know whether there is a error on their part or some misunderstanding. I am planning to call them but no operator is coming on the call...anyone can help me with further course of action ?

Call them or if your are in Canada pay them a visit and explain the situation.
While calling try to make sure that they understand that it was their fault.

A guy in a different thread on this forum was in the same situation. However, when he visited OINP office and talked to their manager, his application was accepted.

I took my returned application and went to the pnp office this morning to argue this. Because my money order is still valid, and my study permit, passport are not missing. This basically means that my application is complete, and not incomplete as they said. So I wait for a while and talk to their manager, indicated that this is not my fault while the mistakes should be made at your end. Then, like the manager said "today is your lucky day", I got my application resubmitted.

Well, I guess they could say that your application in a queue pending for a review, it was sent to a senior pnp officer or, if you lacky, you have been nominated

Thanks to all members, who spared time and analysed the file structure of AOR; XHSW is FSW and XHEC is for CEC etc, four digits ...Is guess work

I am quoting from rajkamalmohanram on Nov thread..

"The quota for 2015 was 2700 for EE applicants (Human Priorities Capital Stream AND French Speaking Skilled Worker Stream). Assuming they have the same quota for 2016 as well, that makes it 2700 + 2700 = 5400 nominations for EE streams alone in 2015-16"

Here I wish to add; it's 5400 + 5400 = 10, 800 nominations for 2015 and 2016, including all streams (A figure declared officially by OINP)


The summary:

1. Are the NOM quota from June - Dec 2015 2700 + 2700 = 5400 got issued? No. As per yearly report 870 NOMs were issued.

2. Are the NOM quota from Jan - Dec 2016 2700 + 2700 = 5400 got issued / being issued ? No. We have seen very few NOM's issued.

Questions:

1. Whether OINP will be in a position to process and issue the NOM's by end of 2016. The frequency of issuing NOM's is slow; Will they expedite?

2. Will the quota get wasted for 2015 /2016.
