Guys just a quick question. By looking into the current progress i am expecting aor in the next two weeks. However my DD is already expired. Just need an advice, can my friend create a DD and send it to OINP? He is based out of ON and I am in India. I can save few days going by this approach.

U should wait until they don't ask u to send the DD. There have been a few cases where they already had encashed dd b4 sending aor.
I got mail today to send a new dd and they're giving us the option if v need the original draft to be returned.
So I'm goin to make a new draft today and send them and there ll be no loss of time. When they send me the old draft back I can get it refunded.

Yes thanks... I'll call them. Because after 11 days of receiving my AOR... I get this email... :/

That's strange. Even I got 2 pdf's with one containing the receipt. However the email clearly mentions that the draft has expired and I will need to submit a fresh one for them to process my application further.

Looks like we are at the same stage. My app also reached on 18th Dec and I got the AOR yesterday with the request for a new draft. Can I know your NOC please?

HELP PLEASE! After receiving our AOR - hopefully sometime soon- the expected time to recevie a nomination is 90 days on average.
Can anyone tell me what follows after that in the process and what is the approximate time for each step ??

This is so urgent and importnat, so please HELP

After getting AOR, either they will ask for additional documents or may be another DD, and then will issue nomination if everything found perfect.

They will link your nomination to your EE profile, which will result into additional 600 points. Once you get them, CIC will send ITA which you have to accept with in 60 days and then further processing....of submitting documents, medical, PCC...and so on...
