IRCC doesn't even ask for Birth certificate of the PA, may be because Birth date is already there on Passport - which is the strongest document that anybody can have.

So when OINP folks opened your package, they must have discussed your case and ended up doing out-of-turn completeness check. Since your translated Birth certificate was notarized with government seal and on government letter head so they must have accepted it. That is perhaps the reason you received duplicate WES request several months before anyone of us. So chill, you are safe.

Thanks a lot for your assurance, I only hope Mr/Ms officer won't be having a bad day and vents off for such minor issue, I can send it be email if they badly want it though, no need to return the whole thing for only a redundant non-English/French docs I guess.

I'm not positively sure about the out-of-turn completeness check, as when I called 2 weeks ago the operator said he can see my application in the system, but no status update available!

expiry of DD date and receipt of AOR going neck to neck

Minimum 10 AOR this week is must to maintain the same

yes up to 25th Dec applicants (19th and 20th being week ends there are no applicants) must get AOR to maintain DD expiry date.

Normally we dont see getting AOR on Mondays but than now as they are sending more AOR we can expect some AOR today.

They are now giving out AOR to 15th December applicants. it might take some time for you ( 2-3 weeks). updated your name on page 133

It is demand draft (method of payment) expiry. People who have their bank draft created in India expires in 6 months.
