Yes, you can resubmit if OINP has asked you to do so.

Not only regarding DD validity, issues regarding EE validity may pop-up soon, connecting PNP with new EE profile will take time, by the time IELTS validity may pop-up. Then some revision in fund by CIC. I don't understand.. This hurts

just wondering what would happen to those who send their application before the cut off date but now got returned from OINP. Do they still have a chance to resubmit?

If an application is returned for not being complete, then OINP gives the applicant 30 days time to resubmit the application with the document that was missing.

yep... the system may fail and that will call for major overhaul

So it does seem like they are speeding up on the CEC applications. Curious to see when will the first Jan applicant gets AOR.

It looks like as OINP mentioned in their recent update, they are trying to process those applicants whose WP are about to expire. My WP is getting expired by June end

If the other late Dec applicants cansingh86 and ammi1271 who received AOR recently both have the same situation (WP expiring soon), then we are pretty sure OINP is sticking to their words.

My work permit already expired in March end.... (application submitted Dec 31st)

Yes I have a new study permit.
I applied work permit extension and CIC refused in 30+ days.
