I would not worry. DD stands for demand draft.
If you read the rest of the thread it seems it is just a case of broken telephone.

Actually I sent a copy of my old passport along with a letter explaining the situation with courier and i asked them to add it to my file, and I sent it with an e-mail too, but till now there is no response from them to my e-mail and i hope they consider it and add it to my application.
I did all what i could :-X

1 AOR per week means 55 weeks to complete December applicants

Guys what do you about the procedure?
1. Do they open all applications of December and take out drafts and deposit them and arrange the applications date wise?
2. OR they just take one application deposit the draft and when it is cleared they send AOR and repeat.

In first case if drafts are deposited dosent matter how much time it takes for AOR
but in 2nd case the drafts of all applicants after 15th December will expire.
