do you now have multiple EE profiles ? you can only have one active at a particular time...
wrong NOC is a problem.. it will probably complicate things leading upto a PFL (procedural fairness letter)

i would suggest you continue with the old profile, and send them a change of status letter (download from OINP site) stating the issues that you are facing currently and what you did to rectify it...

There are many who were asked to correct NOC sending them PFL. After changing they were given nomination.

But recent delay seems to be for a pause on nomination which they would now release in short time.
