The pay stubs are payslips ( salary slips) from the work place. Also show bank deposits of such a salary.

You can send them copy of rules and regulation of withdrawal of FD from bank site. This is about premature withdrawal.

Source of money is tricky thing I also got the same.

Wedding gofts will be difficult to prove unless you prove it by showing wedding card and other details, but the amount is still debatable to how much gift casn you get

Take a gift deed from parents that they gifted you this money. Also show where the parents brought the money from i.e they have not borrowed from someone. you must be able to explain parents withdrawal and thier bank statements, showing the money in thier bank accounts before gifting.
The thing is that I receive my salary each month from a boss, the money doesn't come to my bank account. Do you think it would be enough if I provide statements from my work?
Wedding gifts are really difficult to prove, since we don't have any wedding cards. The same can be said about birthday cards.. We can write that part of the money is a gift from parents, but what to do with the other part that we collected during the years? Is it essential that they have proof for every dollar and what do you think how much does it influence our case if we don't provide this explanation?

"Any additional supporting documents that would be applicable to support your application."

what they want for this?

This was mentioned in spouse's documents

They asked 3 things of spouse

1) language test proof

2) employment proof (even though I m FSW Outland)

3) "Any additional supporting documents that would be applicable to support your application".

What they need for 3rd point??

Could you please share your timeline?
Rohit...my application was received in Feb'16 and got my AOR in Aug'16..FSW..as for the docs that they have asked, I am not sure about bank assessment showing all assets...not sure what to submit for this..

Also whether it will be fine to submit a rules document that states that I can liquidate my FD as and when needed since they have mentioned that they cannot accept something not unencumbered...Thank you..

They want more documents to support employment. Contract letter, payslips or ref letter . They want roles and responsibilities to check your NOC.

This is my interpretation. Take other opinion.

Hello everybody!!
I'm an applicant for Ontario Express Entry – Federal Skilled Worker Program and I've got document request yesterday.
I have a few questions. Please help me if you can.

Please submit the below information/documents as soon as possible.
- Copies of pay stubs, and bank statements from a financial institution for a 12 month period, showing payroll deposits from Architecture Design Constructions.
you are the first OINP applicant i have seen around with the same NOC as mine i assume u r an architect NOC 2151 ;D
Just submit a letter and explain your case even if u r being paid in cash..the office can stamp you an excel sheet on an official letter head with all the payments u have been paid in the past years..good luck

Thanks for advise and I wish you good luck too. I'm a civil engineer, NOC 2131. Any thoughts about the explanation of the source of funds?

Instead of thinking negative, I suggest please understand what is writen between the lines.

1.
If you dont have salary, you can still take a salary slip of each month from office which will state that mode of payment is cash.
Yearly statements of salary paid will not much work unless suported by income tax returns and bank deposits.

2.
POF: They just want to make sure that money given to you by parents are not borrowed from anywhere as a loan etc.
The first thing is you need a gift deed.
Now you can add in the gift deed that this money is a part of savings reserved for immigration purpose of my son and he has no obligation to return the same and will carry the amount to Canada as settlement funds.
If you can show FD which was broken by parents it will be additional proof.

There is no reason not to send the documents. you can always send something to explain.

Good luck

Bank statements of 6 months are enough. They just want to see if you are paying any loans or installments from your account.
Yes the rules page of the bank about premature withdrawal will serve as readily transferable. while bank statements without any loan or installments will suffice unencumbered part. ;) ;)

Guys,

I'm trying since three weeks with OINP to transfer my accepted nomination and 600 points from old EE profile to the new one.

I'm sending emails almost everyday but NOTHING is happening, I lost the last round of invitation because of this and it is getting really worrying.

I also tried to call OINP many times, but when I dial 0 to transfer to the operator, the machine tells me that I need to dial 10 digits mailbox number which I have no clue what that is.

Any thoughts??

That is sad. You can try faxing them marking the letter as urgent. If you want to talk to them, you have to keep calling them until they pick. I recall someone saying they succeeded in getting through in 20 something attempts.

Either Fax them your details or call after 1 hr. It is lunch time here in Canada right now
