Well @MZASAM whether we have 0 expectations or 100%, doesn't affect OINP. They are working as per their own whims and fancies, decision in 90 days, First Come First serve, Fairness- Equality all non-sense.

Looks like from Nov. 1 they have slowed down (or completely stopped) processing FSWs and are fully concentrating on nominating CECs with or without expiring WPs.

Digital D: Absolutely; No choice, Unending episode of our lives, leaving us in suspense, distress, and make us remain anxious not to miss the next declaration, NoM, Procedural fairness, and many such unexpected surprises..

OINP must be busy planning their "marketing" campaign for 2017 applicants .

Meanwhile, SINP, AINP etc. are efficiently & fairly processing their applications and uphelding their commitments to the applicants.

Recall, An important feature of the strategy, that was not immediately apparent to us:
WIP, ingenious and usually new scheme, policy, plan, marketing gimmick to attract business attention

They could have checked eligibility imidiately after submission. It is ridiculous to say that app is rejected because one yr work exp is not valid after so many months when app already has one more yr of work exp now

Highly appreciate your understanding. You call spade a spade. Tell me, what is the mistake of genuine applicants who worked hard to get good IELTS
score, get WES ECA, convince tough HR's, Managers to issue Ref letter, manage to gather PoF, submit application, wait indefinitely for AoR,
submit additional docs, latest PoF, and to their utter dismay get procedure fairness.. again submitting almost all docs without any certainty of a NoM.
After an year or more what would be the state of mind of the applicants. :'( :'(
