Hey, I just don't understand. I have read all the PNP pages (and qualify for almost all) and I can't seem to follow how the streams work. I can see that most of the Provinces require a job offer (exclusive of LMIA), so do all of the nominees here have job offers or are they randomly 'picked' via their CIC profile?

This is oinp. Meaning Ontario nomination program. It does not require an offer. Read the sticky thread above this one. ontario send interest letters. In short it has 2 streams one for people in express entry with score above 400 (now it's stopped supposedly will resume in november) the other stream is for people that know french as well as english.

All the people nominated in threads that say OINP or OOPNP are ontario nominees. Read about it on ontario immigration website as well.

Start with the sticky thread above this one. not all of them require job offers as far as I know.

I have a score of 470 plus...but i didn't get any response from Ontario nomination...

The human capital stream is paused since march (i think). you have to wait until it opens again.

Not applied directly, just have EE profile...

Is this for direct application?

As I said, you wait for an interest letter. you need to have selected All Provinces or Ontario in the provinces you intend to reside in. BUT also as I said, the stream is paused. It is called human capital stream, look for it for more info.

The other stream is french skilled worker stream which identifies people with french scores above clb 7.

Nope, these have applied in October November December of LAST YEAR! Yes it took this long, that's why they paused it.

thanks but I am really confused with the word "Applied"

as for my case, I've an EE profile, I expect to receive nomination since my score are well above 470....

when you say applied, does this mean, they have specifically applied for Ontario Nomination unlike Express Entry?

Sorry for being such PIA.

They have received an interest letter, then they send application package by mail in those months I mentioned. You cannot do this at the moment since you don't have an interest letter since the stream is paused. keep your eye opened in the next months, it might reopen.
