From the spreadsheet, i can see that 2 people THAT SUBMITTED in dec got AOR already, and 2 friends of mine "not members of this forum"that submitted 15th of dec already got AOR already (CEC)

Thats great news. I hope they dont slow down the process as seen many applicants get AOR after three months or more.
CEC seems to be faster.

i dont think CEC or FSW shall make difference. They get the parcel and only after opening they know CEC or FSW. so it must be first cum first basis.
