I have now twice written to CPC Ottawa to ask about my VO location but haven’t received any response other than than the auto reply, “Due to a high volume of inquiries, our timeframe for email responses is within 10 business days.”

I am not sure how to find out my VO?

They used to reply within a few days but I have not sent an email in some time. You could try raising an inquiry through the IRCC Webform instead.

I have just sent an enquiry through the web form. The autoreply says that it can take upto 28days for them to respond.

Hey everyone
I called today CIC to enquire the status of my application . The status is same for more than a month
I neither have received any ADR nor anything else
Would it be ok to email them through webform or ordering GCMS notes ?
I am really getting worried as to why it is being delayed ?
:( :( :(
Please reply guys

I'd totally order GCMS notes if you haven't yet. Some people say it's beneficial. It can't hurt.

I took some time to order mine cause I thought I'd have PPR by now, as well as didn't wanna bother them. Now I'd say just go for it.

I was in IP2 for about 3 months. My status changed to IP2 in last week of December and then I get PPR mail in third week of March. FSW-O. Passport office CPC Ottawa.
