So I finally passed my meds yesterday and also got another status update that "We do not need additional documents"

Does this mean that I somehow missed IP1 update in my cic account as background check status right now is Not Applicable.

Note: my medical was delayed due to abnormal chest xray on 29th Nov 2017 and I had to appear for lung tests in front of an IOM suggested chest specialist last week, as soon as he cleared me up, my medical was unexpectedly passed. IOM also gave me date for 2nd xray(1st March 2018),so do I need to appear for that now?

Are you sure this is IP2? I have been having background check as Not Applicable since I don't know for how long, n I check my application almost every day. My status was changed yesterday

Depends, I've seen reports of 3-5 days or more.
