I submitted the application on December 14, 2017. My medical test was cleared on December 22, 2017 and Background check is showing as 'Not Applicable'.
Since then, no movement has taken place in my account. Also, in Client Application Status, the message shown is 'We were not able to identify you using the information you provided'.
Is it normal to take such time for starting the processing?

Where do I get to know the status of application in the format mentioned by you (ADR,IP1,NA2,IP2, etc.)?
You watch it obsessively and keep track. It doesn't show up like that anywhere, you just abbreviate when your background check moves from 'not applicable' and 'in progress' (process? Not actually sure which).
Actually I was asked to submit an additional medical test report for my wife as well as a treatment report for her, I submitted the medical test that CIC asked for and my medicals were cleared, I was waiting for the appointment of the specialist as they want the treatment report from the specialist only. After waiting for 2 months and endless calls I managed to get an appointment for my wife, so I was wondering is there any specific form I need to get filled from the specialist or a letter from him would do.

My file is being processed at Ottawa center and below is my current status. Can anybody tell me in which stage am in & when can i expect PPR basing on current trend?

Medicals passed on 16 Jan and BG updated to "we are processing your background check..." on same day.
ADR - showing that additional documents were being reviewed(but i haven't received any ADR request)

You are not alone buddy, my AOR is dec 31 passed medicals on jan 16 and bg status is 'we are processing your bg check' and it says additional docs are being reviewed by default. We both are in the same boat. I also know one more person that has exactly the same status. Aor 20
