Call them early morning or after 3PM (pst). WAITING TIME IS 3-5 MIN AFTER 3 PM

almost 2 months with no updates. In my AOR is mentioned the office is Sydney. Anyone else there?

I am almost the same timeline, no updates for over 2 months now.

My AOR was on Jan 31st, still waiting for BG check to be completed. you will find so many Jan applicants still waiting for FP to be updated or BG to be updated. we got so many FP requests and it takes almost a month to be updated even more.

It's less about the number of people who have received that update but the fact that almost no (or in very rare cases) December applicants have received BG completed updates this month. So, whatever offices/partners completing that step are definitely currently operational.

I think quite a few ppl are in the same bucket (LPP complete but BGV In Progress in Mississauga). No way of determining...maybe we will all be cleared as a single batch ! They do claim it is case by case...who knows
