Sorry for your rejection.
What is the reason given for your refusal?
They said,

I have determined that your
application does not meet the requirements of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act
(IRPA) (https://laws-lois.justice.gc.ca/eng/acts/I-2.5/index.html) and Immigration and Refugee
Protection Regulations (IRPR) (https://laws-lois.justice.gc.ca/eng/regulations/sor-2002-227/
index.html). I am refusing your application.
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as required by
paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR (https://laws-lois.justice.gc.ca/eng/regulations/SOR-2002-227/
section-179.html). I am refusing your application because you have not established that you will
leave Canada, based on the following factors:
• Your assets and financial situation are insufficient to support the stated purpose of travel
for yourself (and any accompanying family member(s), if applicable).
• You do not have significant family ties outside Canada.
• The purpose of your visit to Canada is not consistent with a temporary stay given the
details you have provided in your application.

You only have $3300 for a two week trip? That is way too low. How you afford hotel, airfare and all other expenses? You need to show funds that support the visit and not use all your savings. Suggest a minimum of $10k.

Who is in Canada? Are you single?

This is what I mentioned for the question 'Tell us more about what you'll do in Canada. Include dates.'
Response - "Short term visit to meet my son and his family around May 2023."

I am getting an error on fee payment screen. Applying for both parents but at payment screen only biometric fee of $85 for one application is showing no other visa fee is showing. Do anyone get same error?

Sad to hear this, you can try again based on rejection reasons from gcms notes.

Have you received any updates in process of 2 months, regarding eligibility...etc.. or directly reply of decision?
