Rejected : Jan 17,2023
I.m sponsor received email
Reason : forgot to submit birth certificate + police certificate for my daughter.
Resubmit the birth cert + police cert on Jan 20,2023.
But they didn't retuned my application.

I need help can i resubmit again fresh application or wait for AOR.

If it's been rejected you have to submit a new application.

AOR is only received by applications that have completed all requirements. It's a 'completeness' check.

my wife did her biometric on February 13 and the status changed to completed on february 15. for london VO i heard around 2-3 months.

is there any other status in your account changed to ỉn progress or something? like medical, eligibility or background check?

Sponsoring my lovely wife in the Philippines, just received SA letter today. Still getting an error when trying to register for a tracker account. We did not fill out a representative form but I should still be able to register with the UCI and application number I received, correct?

You should be able to register now. We had same problem you described before...same error message. Once we got SA, no problem. But, I noticed that the AOR and the SA each had a different UCI number. I think we tried the one that came with AOR first and got same error message. Then we plugged in the one that came with SA and it worked.

Our file too, has gone to Manila. The long wait begins. I am in the Philippines now, but have to go back to Canada next month. Been here for 4 months.

hmm my SA came with the same UCI as the AOR. But tried today and was finally able to make a tracker account. Thank you for the info and good luck with your application!

The UCI indicated in the letter corresponds to the addressee of the letter. The SA is always addressed to the sponsor, thus the UCI in the letter is the one of the sponsor. Biometrics request is addressed to the PA thus the UCI number will be different than in SA letter - this time it belongs to PA.

According to instructions and many user reports: you may register in the tracker with either of these but the data that you’ll be able to see will be different.
If you register as a sponsor using sponsor’s uci - only sponsor related data will be available. And it’s pretty limited.
if you register with PA’s UCI - you will be able to see more info related to PA’s progress.
