I send for my wife and son PR cards as second proof , they will accept it or they will ask for other government identity as second proof . I don’t want to wait for 2 months and they will send my application back .
anyone advise will be appreciated

This is not true. It specifically mentions in the section where you upload the photograph to just use a mobile or a scanner to capture the physical copy the photographer sent.

They accept PR as id only if you submit it along with another canadian id. Otherwise they will return your application. Drivers license or healthcard is good.
