i have already discussed this issue with many people, and all of them have their oath scheduled / completed..
Everything Changed to "Completed" expected "Citizenship ceremony" on 21st October. In the Interview they have already told me that most likely you will receive Oath invite for November.
I think most of them who have completed test has been waiting for status updated in tracker (IRCC Portal). It happens for most of us from Toronto area and Vancouver.
Finally got decision made today.
Application timeline is as follows :-
Type: Paper application
Location: Toronto ON
Physical Presence Days: 1200+ days
Application: Family (6)
Application submitted: December 12, 2021
Delivered: December 17, 2021
AOR : February 22, 2022
Test Invite Letter: Arpril 25,2022
Test Date : May 06,2022
Decision Made on ECAS: October 24, 2022
By the way tracker is still showing all In progress except Citizenship Test and Background verification which are marked as completed almost at the same time after passing test. Is it the same happening for everyone else that even after "decison made" on ECAS, tracker is still showing in progress for most of the activities. Sorry I was not following the thread due to being super busy and could not update.
How long does it take after "decision made" on ECAS to get oath letter according to current trend.

Hi, Can you tell me how you checked the old ECAS ? I thought that system was fully replaced with the new tracker and you could no longer check it. Can you give me a link ?
Thanks for the link. Later I found that this does not work for online applicants such as me. It just shows "We were not able to identify you using the information you provided. ", which is normal for online applicants as shown in below thread

I think it's Vacnouver based on other recent posts (not Edmonton or Calgary as I'd thought). For some reason, they seem to send certain Alberta applications to Vancouver.
