Heard back from my MP's office. They haven't started processing my application yet and it is still at CPC-Sydney :/
Online app submitted: Dec 30 2021
AOR: Feb 23 2021

The MPs only follow up. They don't push. I asked my MP to ask IRCC to expedite because of my valid reasons, he said if you provide me the reason for expediting , I can ask them. Not sure if I should provide him my reason, it's too much of privacy to give up.

How does one contact the MP. I got application of receipt on feb 16 and nothing since then . I applied on dec 12 and am an online applicant based in Vancouver

You can find your MP by postal code here and then email their office directly.

There is new update on my tracker... I've been scheduled to attend my citizenship ceremony on June 29, 2022.
-- there is a note in the bottom that ... " If you haven’t received the notice by the date of the scheduled appointment, contact us. "
Well I dont get any email yet, I've read on the other forum that the email will come a week before the "ceremony "
will keep you posted...

I'm not surprised. I think for online applications, it's pretty much in order so far. Right now they are working on AOR Dec so you might need to wait for a while, if the process is not speeding up, I think you gonna hear from them again in end of July/ early Aug

New update
30 mins a go, sent a webform, asked for the Oath invitation email then... just now the email for the link arrives
After test taken, I moved to YT from Alberta and the Oath's time still with Alberta's time.

I have not even received the test yet. Had I known, I would have applied on paper. Looks like online apps are getting dragged forever.

yeah sorry to hear that but i hope it will change soon bcs I've read somewhere else that this year (2022) is a time for them to prioritize the online application...

That's not true, it's actually the complete opposite and it was stated in IRCC's plan hence why we see paper applications like yourself are processed faster than online in 2022.

The IRCC memo only covers until March 2022. We don't know what the strategy is from April 2022 onward.
