My partner got asked for finger prints too. The officer said they normally ask one person from each family.

The background check complete message, did you see it on the new portal or the CAS? and also the test invite?
Saw on the new portal, although for the test I think the email came through first.
My spouse and I just completed our test from the invite sent to our email and noticed the tracker still says we have the test to do ...is this because today is a holiday or is this how it will stay until IRCC confirms our official test score?
could take a day , a week or a month.. wait till they change the status on tracker,.

it normally takes 2 business days for an agent to check the result and mark the test as completed

We received the fingerprint request on April 28 and got our fingerprinting done through Commissionaires in BC on May 2. Does anyone have experience like how long does it take to submit the fingerprint results to IRCC. I guess they send to RCMP and then RCMP sends directly to IRCC.
But when I check it online it says they haven't received it yet.

Mine took 4 weeks to update acc to tracker but the tracker didn't update till 5 weeks ( ... backdated update )
