You submitted a document through the web form? Good luck! Nobody is going to look at it for at least 6 weeks. It is faster to send a letter mail to CPC-Sydney for them to add it to your file, imagine that! You should email it to the office that sent you the document request.

Hmm.. I used the link that was given in the email asking me for the additional information; which was the webform. There's no direct email information available either. Looks like I'll have to wait it out.

Family application spouse got BGC completed March 22 and I got ghost update with no changes.
Today tracker shows FP requested for me and that email/ letter sent- (I have email on file). Haven't received any email. How do I go about doing my finger prints without correspondence pr what should I do in this case?

for my case, been a month after I changed it and somehow I cant access my account on https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/security.do?app=coa&lang=en
hope the best, they will change my address....
You are required to show the attachment to the agency you would give FP at which you'll receive in email, without it you can't give FP. I received mine next day but it was in the promotions folder of gmail, keep an eye out. Took about a month to get BG check completed after i gave FP.
Thanks...email went to promotions folder ... I will go to an accredited FP location to get this done tmrw . Hopefully my results will reach in time for the 30 dys deadline.

No problem at all you can renew it. The entire process of citizenship depends on previous 5 years eligibility period.

AOR: Feb 16th, 2022 (Only both of my Kids has received AOR by email and after 2 weeks they received hard copy of AOR by mail)
I have not received AOR with my Kids (neither email nor hard copy)
My AOR: I received hard copy of my AOR on April 16th, 2022 (but never an email about AOR)
BG Complete: Mar 9th, 2022
Test Invited: Apr 24th (email between April 29th to May 19th)
Test Taken: April 29th
Test result updated: May 3rd, 2022 (today)
Waiting for Oath Ceremony, I wish everyone application should move faster and best of luck.

CPC-Sydney can’t part with online applications, they watch them rot a few months before they do the background verification and send the files away for processing.
