My progress bar too has disappeared. I had last checked on 3 Feb 2021 and the status bar was at 25% and I am yet to submit by biometrics since the VAC's in India are presently not taking appointments from EE profiles.

Please let me know if your progress bar appeared back on your profile and if you are able to see the same on your application?

Fair point, and yet I am looking for a way to call outside Canada, and if someone knows one, I would appreciate information about it. Hence I'm asking based on the limited information I have.

Try with Skype is you register a Canadian number perhaps. I called them the other day (not through Skype) but they haven't even touched my file yet, nor have they attached documents I uploaded via the webform a month ago.

My AOR is 8th of Dec if that's any help.

Thank you! Oh wow, that would probably mean my file and my webform files haven't even started being processed, since my AOR is Dec 14. Good luck, hopefully they get to our applications soon!

Download an app called TextNow, get a canadian number, and then just call them using regular wifi. Everything free.
It is very likely the electronic assistant will tell you they are busy and hang up on you. However, if you try again a couple of times, they will let you register for a call back (works with TextNow), or just to wait in queue.
