My file haven't been touched since 3rd March,21. Last Update was: Eligibilty, Criminality & medical: passed, Security: Blank and info sharing complete but no comments of officer or case processing agent, only comment from program assistant..I did hope that my file will be finally approved in these 4 months but no progress at all. Is this from recent gcms notes?
I'm sure everything will go really fast for you once they actually pickup your file again. Just hang in there mate they have to complete your application at some point.

Need advise here. I have applied to CEC with AOR -03rd-DEC-2020. My passport will be expiring in May 2022 but I had already renewed the passport considering the delay we are having with the current covid situations. Please advise Do I have to inform IRCC through web form for the new passport or shall I wait for them for their confirmation email?

yup tell them in a webform, attach the scan of the main info page (ill assume you dont have any other stamps if its fresh out of the oven).

Thanks, @amairena95 it would lead again to fresh criminality verification?VISA stamping all there in my previous passport the new would only be having the immigration seal/date
of leaving my host country.

nope -- criminality depends on the police reports you already submitted, it has nothing to do with your passport.

Literally the same status - Feb 21 AOR.
Last updated end of March.

Need your advise. I currently live in Singapore on a work visa which is due for expiry in November, 2021. If the application for renewal of my Visa gets rejected for some reason, I might have to move back to India, my home country. I'm aware that after the move I need to inform IRCC about change in country of residence. But what if PPR comes few days before I have to move. What should be the course of action?

If you get a decision on your application and by then if you have moved to another country, you can inform IRCC to send you new instructions to submit your passport in the country you are in.

No. It has nothing to do with your application. Only issues about your application have to be informed to IRCC.

At least for CEC applicants, it seems like soon we are going to have lots of updates:

At this rate, they should start processing applications with AOR in December 2020 starting maybe next week, or in the week of August 16 at the latest. And then they should have processed most applications received in December 2020 by mid-September.

They skipped nov 1-15 though, i wonder what happens then
