Hey -- i emailed my MP. It was mainly a method to get updates way faster (in 3 or so days) vs ordering GCMS or calling. Not sure if it did anything, as i contacted after 6 months so it was due anytime anyways

I have raised few web forms, request gcms notes , called IRCC almost every week. All I hear is please be patient as they are still working on the file.

Anyone knows what the application assignment is? I have been waiting for my PR for over 9 months and they yet to start my background check...

I am January 2021 AOR and most of us got this email today. Seems like an auto-generated email

Hey, guys. I applied last december and have not heard anything since then. Reading some forums I realized that many of us are asked for rcmp fingerprinting. I decided to provide my fingerprints just in case because some people waited for 3-4 months for results. Surprisingly, I recevied RCMP response very quick. Like in a month. What do you think would happen If I send RCMP form to IRCC via web form? May I get any penalties?

Eligibility: review required (no date written/signed on a letter of employment, that's all. I'm debating getting a replacement letter from that employer.)

Biometrics: completed Jan 18
Criminality: in progress
Security: not started
Info sharing: complete, so at least something is finished!
