oh, how they can tell the time frame. and you did not asked them why for this delay. do you have any complication in your file, do you have dependent kids in your application or it is just single applicant in your file.? mine is bit complicated though.No..not yet...I did call today and they told me that I can expect to receive it in early March...
Interesting. I mailed my application from Canada. It is Outland application as my spouse lives in India but I mailed it from Canada. Hope that doesn't affect the application processing time.In my case (DEC 13), I called them, agent I spoke to said me that your application has not been assigned to any officer yet, but he given me temporary file number for future follow ups as reference. now! how it comes that they are holding my application and not assigned to any officer yet. its weird.
I think it wont effect the application processing times I did the same thing. My file moved to VO last weekInteresting. I mailed my application from Canada. It is Outland application as my spouse lives in India but I mailed it from Canada. Hope that doesn't affect the application processing time.

Almost all the sponsors are in Canada and Applicants are outside Canada in their respective home countries. and everyone did same what u did. me too as well.Interesting. Yes. That's true. But some received AOR in 2-3 weeks and some have been waiting over a month. So I thought to double check. Because when the agent told me they have opened November 5th, 2019 applications and I got the similar response on my web form enquiry, I was curious how applicants from December 2019 already receive AOR. What IRCC agents were telling me didn't make much senseAlmost all the sponsors are in Canada and Applicants are outside Canada in their respective home countries. and everyone did same what u did. me too as well.
