In the invitation, they gave very clear instruction together with email address. That email address is as same as the one that sent you invitation. At the end of the Oath ceremony, the officer also told us to reply the email together with the scanned of the Oath form

Thank you!! I have sent the Web Form. Unfortunately the phone call is not going thru. I have also contacted my MP to help with my urgent request. Hopefully IRCC will hear me out. Thank you!

We took the Oath on January 27. On the same day, we sent the signed Oath forms via email as instructed. The status still shows "In progress". Hopefully nothing went wrong as we had a bad experience in submitting documents via email to IRCC (we emailed but they said they never received it)

As of today Feb 8, 2022 the status has been updated to "CLOSED". Hopefully the certificate will come soon

What office? After how long you received the certificate after closing your file?
 
We have been invited for the Oath Ceremony on 28th February!!! Now nervously awaiting the email with all the instructions is sent well ahead of that date. Finally, we are moving closer to the finish line. Vancouver office seems to be finally moving so hopefully everyone awaiting can move ahead and finish this process.

Hi all, I got oath ceremony in progress and scheduled for feb 22 . How long do we need to wait for them to sent mail. I dint get any mail . Any information will help

Great News!!!
I have received the Oath Ceremony email!

After an urgent request sent thru web form and thru my MP.............it took three weeks to receive the most wanted email!
