Nope. Those dates are for internal use only. I have seen these dates several times in GCMS notes for PR applicants - these dates are only for internal reference AFAIK and I don't think things "will" or "must" happen by those dates but they "might".

This is probably a silly question, but I'm trying to order GCMS Notes and it's asking if I'm requesting under The Privacy Act or the Access to Information Act, anyone know which one I'm supposed to choose? Thanks!

Today, my dad got the invitation to pass the exam.
From February 19 to March 11.
My mom haven't received the invitation yet, despite having applied in the same application as family of 4. It's an application from Quebec.
My parents have applied in December 2019. The government received the application on December 31, 2019 and the government started processing the application on March 4, 2020.
Even though, we sent the applications together only my Dad got the invitation, until know.
In fact, the government said that they received my application on January 7, 2020 and they started processing my application on March 15, 2020.I applied also from Quebec, but I applied just for me.

Congratulations reivax! Amazing to hear that. I think you have been leading in our December group so far (I think you were the first one to get the test invite) and your progress gives hope to other people!
I did my test on Jan 24 and waiting for the next steps.

I took my test Jan 10th and I got the oath invite today, so that's around 23 days.

Congratulations to all who got test invite, but it seems from the tracking sheet that the majority is still waiting for the invitation also it seems there is no order of who is receiving the test invite so I won't be surprised if people who sent in January 2020 start getting test invites before 2019 applications get it
