Hey guys, I need your help.
I'm currently outside Canada for a few months. I lost access the email linked to my citizenship application. I'm trying to call CIC from outside Canada using a Rogers cell number on roaming. It's telling me that the call center is closed and it's working 8am to 4pm Monday to Friday local time. I used the form a few times last week to update my email address but didn't receive any communication from CIC. Any idea what can I do? I'm so worried. Any advice

App sent: December 2019
AOR: March 2020
IP: September 2020.

oh, well i guess i have no chance... so frustrated sent my app in Dec 2019, didnt start processing until Sept 2020.
Just have faith. Thats what I am trying to do. Started processing November....

My second question, suppose you have a closed work permit you landed exemple 10-2-2017 and the employer redid a new contract with starting date 20-2-2017 , so which of the two dates should I use for the calculator
