I called them to see if there are any issues with the test because some people do and it doesnt show in the account

Yes it is true. Not logical at all on the way they are inviting people. But I can see as well that they are progressing as well on the old applications. I contacted my MP and all what I got as an answer is that The security and criminality checks have passed. They told me to check my email regularly to see if I have received anything from IRCC(Am doing it at least twice a day )

Guys, don't be afraid of calling cic because of long wait times...It's definitely not like cra and it doesn't take long at all, it took me less than 5 min and I called around 9am..I was prepared to wait for hours like everyone told me lol Just call in the morning. The agent was also very pleasant just like cra, make sure you have your information ready (your application #) She told me I did pass the test and that everything looks good. I just have to wait for the next step. I will probably call again in a few weeks if nothing changes

I echo this. Do not hesitate to call. For those who did take the test, wait until after the timeframe for test mentioned in the test invitation letter for a call to check. I did call and they just let me know my test result was confirmed as "passed" (the result right after the test was just temporary until it is confirmed)

What was the time frame mentioned in the email?

In the test invitation, they mention when you could start taking the test and the deadline. So, even one could take the test before the deadline but it is not recommended to call IRCC before the deadline to check for the test result

I felt MP's are useless. They can't put any pressure, they just collect info like we do calling IRCC call center.
