Hey guys, so I got my ITA on Nov 13 and my AOR on 10th of December, I'm a single guy who's applying with 3 years experience, high IELTS results and Masters degree ... what is the approximate time I would need to get PR?

Another thing is when should I expect to submit my biometrics? and will I get approval on medical based on when I did my medical or when I got AOR? I mean how long will I need to get the approval of medical as well?

Lastly, just a random inquiry about work experience, let's say they called to confirm my experience letter, will they talk to anyone who answers the phone or they will specifically ask for my supervisor who signed the letter to talk to him?

Thanks :)

It would take between 6 and 12 months for most applicants. Some get PPR in 3 months, but its less than 15% of applicants.

U can attach offer letter..just explain in LOE
Its not adviced to apply just the offer letter. A letter with the roles and responsibilities is a must and if the official IRCC format couldnt be followed, an alternative must be arranged and the intention of best effort must be shown to the IRCC officer for him/her to consider the file as complete and assess it accordingly. I am not saying that getting a notorized document on a plain paper is guranteed but at least you are guaranteed not to be refused on the basis of an incomplete application.
Thats all in my opinion
Note: when doing that an LOE must be submited explaining the situation in details and attaching to it as much proof as possible to support the case.
Best of luck

Second that.

If employer can't provide, then try to get affidavit from colleague.

Here's a post that guided me through the process http://www.fsw2014.info/reference-letter-problems/

Couple of points
1. ensure that all the details of your employment are covered such as dates of employment, duration , nature - full time / part time with X hours / week , your job title and the job duties in a way that matches the wording of the NOC you are applying under.
2. If the affidavit is going to be signed by your former boss it should have the following details about him
a. current designation [ also scan a copy of his / her business card]
b. reporting relationship
c. their designation
d. Office address
e. Their approx tenure at the company [ not mandatory but its credible if your former boss has been at the company for a longer time]
f. Their contact info such as email and phone number, on the affidavit as well.
3. Your job duties
4. An attestation that the details are true to the best of your knowledge / your boss's knowledge.
5. Your current address / location . Same for your boss.

You can try to get affidavit from senior manager or someone?
I was thinking of making self declaration with contact details of my immediate supervisor plus attaching my offer letter and salary slip/ bank statement.
Will that work?

I don't think it will work. I won't be feeling right to suggesting that.
