How much time did it take to get GCMS notes?

Just a small update.
I have requested info via WEB form on 9th of April to be sure application is still processing and don't stuck somewhere
Today I'we got a mail:

We verified the information on file and can confirm that:

• The eligibility requirementsunder the immigration program for which you have applied have been met,
  • you may be contacted via your account if additional information is needed.
• The background verifications are currently valid.
• The security background verification has not been initiated.
• The medical examination results on file are currently valid.

Due to the ongoing situation related to the novel coronavirus (COVID-19), some IRCC offices are currently operating with reduced or critical staff only.

We are working on processing applications as quickly as possible; however, processing times are affected and any disruption caused by COVID-19 is not reflected accurately on our website. We will make all the necessary efforts to finalize your application as soon as possible.

As you could see, nothing extraordinary. Same status as for others...
Looks like they even didn't start app checks (status they provided seems like automated one when Medical pased or eligibility met).

Dear Legalfalcon or someone, please can you help me to understand the difference of Background verification and criminal background verification? Because today I received the reply for my web form request as below:
* The eligibility review is met
* The security background verification has not been initiated
* The criminal background verification is currently valid
*The background verification are in process.

Looks like Decision has been made on my file. Fingers crossed

Nothing changed on my status. I just saw "application updated" when I logged in to my account. I know that it means someone is working on my application but I'm not really sure how long it typically takes to get PPR after your GU. Anyone know?

After this update i raised a webform last week to see if there is any movement,

Got reply - my VO has been transferred to Ottawa, ON

Eligibility in progress
Security not inititated
Background verification in process
Criminal background check is valid

I guess there is movement - can u guess what might be next ?? Help thanks

one thing i noticed, movement to CPC means that Eligibility will be assessed one more time and security then getting ready to finaize. few though stays with CIO and be finalized there.
