Received a pre-approval (or the actual approval, idk), asking for me to confirm some data for my PR Portal account creation. I guess after 11 months of waiting now things will move faster...

Hello everyone. During the waiting time after AOR, if we have already moved to another country (just for working purpose, on a working visa), do we have to make any update in the application ?
Kindly advise. Thank you.

Hi All,

I have received Ready for Visa email (from IRCC.DoNotReplyCPC-O-NePasRepondreCTD-O.IRCC@cic.gc.ca).
I was checking the Process of Passport Submission in INDIA.
We need to fill WebForm for VFS (https://vfs-cic.mioot.com/forms/PS/).
They are asking for Passport Submission Letter as sent by IRCC while submitting the WebForm.
I have not received anything in IRCC Profile (as Passport Submission Letter).
Please Suggest
what I need to submit as Passport Submission Letter while filling VFS Webform.

@legalfalcon
Hope you are good.
I have received PPR and in that email it is mentioned to send them height and eye colour for each applicant. Can you please guide me that how to send our height and eye color information to VFS?
On a plain paper write the first and last names of all the individuals, their UCI number and the details, height and eye colour and send it to IRCC. If you have a placeholder in your MyCIC account, upload there, if not, then send by webform, and if there is an email address provided, you can use that.

My country has just been listed as a red list country due to the new Covid-19 strain. I got my COPR on the month of November but I’m yet to land for my documentation. Would it be possible to land at this time given the new travel restrictions? Does the travel restriction apply to me? I’ve tried looking for answers on the IRCC’s website but I’m still not clear about certain things.

I am also worried that I will not get my copr reissued if it expires before the restriction is lifted because I did not travel travel to an exempt country to spend the 14 days before continuing to Canada.

@legalfalcon please I’ll appreciate your help with this question. Thank you.

Currently, the rules in place are confusing and every day the government is adding to the rules or clarifying them.

I am not sure what country you are from and what rules are you referring to.

Why not travel to an exempted country, stay 14 days and travel to Canada from there. I also know Ethiopian airlines is offering stop over, lodging & covid test in certain countries...so you can contact airlines too to advise how you should travel.
best of luck
