@USProgrammer, where did you have your photos taken? I am currently in the US visiting and am not exactly sure the best place to go

A visa photograph place first which was refused. Then Walgreens which was accepted, but it was a huge hassle and we had to manually cut it.

Then I did another visa photograph place while I was waiting for the 2nd one to be processed, in case, and they were perfect. I suggest finding a local visa photograph place that does the Canadian size and look at their examples and make sure they look good.

@legalfalcon need your help. We have received our COPR and will be moving to canada in september...however we have change in circumstmances and want to uodare the same to CIC. I have written to them twice but have not received any acknowledgement. Is there an alternate way to update CIC?

Done waiting for GCMS notes so emailed Mr. Ralph got reply :

Eligibility is in progress – recommend pass.
Criminality and security checks have not been initiated. They cannot be expedited and timelines are not available.
Medicals are valid until Oct 27, 2019.

The reason I asked is cos I paid rprf on Saturday and had the status,the document you provided is uploaded.when did your additional document status change?I tried accessing my account some minutes ago but it keeps telling me bad getway

Hey,

I am a silent reader, I got COPR where the visa expiry date is 13/11/2019.
I have 2 questions :
1) In my Passport, the category is mentioned as IM-1. However, in the COPR, the category is SW1. Please suggest is this normal.
2) I am planning to relocate to Canada in the first week of Oct'19. Please suggest is there a fixed days limit that we need to travel before x number days of the visa expiry date.
