July 2nd - landing interview mail received for 23rd in Calgary

I reached out to my Local MP today, and got an immediate reply. I have shared the required info, and they said they would get back to me at earliest. It's worth a shot for those who has completed 6 months and doesn't get any info from GCMS.

I sent them email earlier today , and someone from office responded to me asking about Application details....You just have to enter the Postal code, and the MP details would be available on the mentioned link.

I have dropped him an email few minutes back. I have included all my application details so that they do not have to ask me for the same. Hope I hear from them soon. Thanks for the help.

@legalfalcon pls i need your help.

My gcms note came in few days ago and i realized that my previous 3 ghost updates were interpreted inside in the note.

The fist ghost indicated nothing

The second ghost 8th May indicated that verification request sent

The third ghost indicated nothing.

I am confused, the wait is killing me.Please interpret for me.

If you have anything specific, please post and ask your question.

Guys , i just saw a ghost update. Just says profile updated while the profile is still in IP1

Emailed Ralph today, his office just said that eligibility in progress and nothing started. Any idea what this ghost update could mean? For ex- file picked up by someone or eligibility passed / background started?

Do any of you know if I can get my passport at the VFS?
They have just finished my application and my documents have gone from the IRCC Office to the Visa Office today, so my passports should be arriving my mail Friday or next Monday tops (I Believe VFS will mail them tomorrow - after mail it takes 1-2 business days to arrive here), but I already booked my tickets for next Thrusday and I want to know if this possibility exists.

They hang up 2/3rd of the times. Unfortunate for you that you ended up being on the rejected side every time. Have patience and keep trying.
My call was rejected 4-5 times before they let me talk to the representative. And that "4-5 times" took about 35-40 mins of listening to those options repeatedly and getting annoyed.

Again as I said earlier, have patience and keep trying.

Couple of questions
1) How do we order Ralph's notes?
2)Is there any timeline for VO Ottawa?
3)Anyone from second week of december still in IP1?

We are dec 13 AOR and we spoke to CIC two weeks ago where they mentioned background check was on but nothing since then.

Ralph doesn't give you note he just contacts the IRCC for you when you can't reach them on the phone and you have no update

Thanks for reply ) Have you finally received your set of notes and how many days it took?

Yes, I received one set that took almost 60 days but I did not observe any change after the assignment for review. The amount of pages is practically the same and the only new registers were my attempts to be in touch with them. I have relaxed now, I will not order more notes, or call. I tried all possible channels including local MP, so it is time to move on. I have a work permit until October/2021 so I hope that until there with 30 months total, they will reach a final decision.
