Yes.. ghost update on Friday but nothing yet...Tried to call cic so many times but no luck...so waiting patiently for Friday...

If you use the directions in my signature, each attempt only takes about 2 minutes for 1-1-1, 2-1-1-0. You will get through within a few attempts. They're open for another 5 hours today.

Is there someone here who could access to the online profile. I am trying since 1 hour and getting always a connection problem. (I cleared the cache of the browser, used another one as well, reboot the system, used the phone web browser and always nothing.)

GCKey login fails for me too. It redirects me back to a language selection screen.

Hello, where we submit forms like imm5406, family info, it shows uploaded but not submitted to ircc, is that normal?
 
For the GCKey login bug, I find that deleting cookies and cache of the web browser helps. Clear cache and cookies, close the browser and reopen, and try to log again. It may take a few attempts but usually for me it goes through in 2-3 tries.

I did all the steps from clearing cookies and cache, using incognito also, changing the browser...but it is still not responding. Anyway, I have a look later. thanks

Well that's definitely annoying. What works for me is to clear the whole thing (history/cache/cookies), close browser, open again and try, rinse and repeat til it works, and it usually takes me 2-3 attempts like this. If that does not work for you then I don't know :(
