Unique situation -
I'm a DEC 04 AOR applicant. After a 195 day wait, yesterday I moved to IP2. My medicals were cleared on Jan 14, 2019. However, today I got a request for medical test (form IMM1017E was attached) which is the same as last stating that I have 30 days to complete. Also my medical status changed to 'We have req. a medical exam'. My last submitted (& approved) medicals are valid until Aug 14, 2019. Any ideas as to whats going on? Do I need to redo the medical tests or should I just upload older docs?

Before IRCC can approve your application they have to make sure that your meds are valid until you land in Canada, and your visa validity will also be based on this.

If IRCC has requested for a re-med, get it done ASAP.

Given that your meds would expire in August 2019, and even if the PPR is sent to you now, you will have 30 days to send your Passport, and after that there is not much time left.

Usually re-meds is the last step before PPR, so get it done ASAP.

YEs, however, recommended passed is a recommendation of the analyst. This will be reviewed by an officer before a final determination is made.

Even my AOR is on 27th dec 2018 and medical on 7th feb 2019. And RPRF request was on 13th june. I submitted the RPRF on 13th itself and in the application, it was showing

It is still showing the same.

@rody0988 Dont say that...you shall get it way before that.

I have also ordered the second set of GCMS. The first set stated

Type: Candidate Assessment
Status: Passed Candidate
Date: 2018/12/13
FSW MEC: Met
This is the day of my AOR.

Security Not started
Criminal check Not started

This was as per April 26, 2019 GCMS
