I need some clarification regarding calling IRCC call center. I’m not in Canada so is there a number I can dial to speak to an agent or hiding the caller ID is my only option?
I have got a reply from IRCC.

Yes, i think. For me too, it is 29th Dec AOR and 12 Feb MEP .. The processing times have increased.
