AOR: 12th Dec
I am still waiting for MEP.
Should I wait today and if I do not get any updates, do you guys recommend me to call and check the status? Thank you.

From what I've seen on the tracker, there are 3 PPR for November AORs.

Although They are all from Nigeria, the visa offices are different (I'm actually considering the last 5-6 pprs who are all Nigerian)

I meant they seem to have stopped at 13 Dec MEPs
 
That seems odd. Maybe they had a backup of Nigerians waiting for a long time due to some administrative issues that cleared up.

Edit: I guess that doesn't make sense since AOR to PPR is so short. I was thinking just about the group of Nigerian PPRs, but they haven't been waiting a long time at all. I have no hypothesis.

Certainly... Not everyone is on immitracker... So there might be more people we don't know about...

MEP : 23rd Jan 19
IP1 : 24th Jan 19
The MEP was during the Canadian Office Hours. However, the IP1 was during Indian 1500hrs LT. Does that mean that file has been transferred?
