Assuming you haven’t submitted your profile yet. Usually it will ask you to upload the PCC for the countries they want PCC for. As far as I know, Canadian PCC is not required because they have access to that data already.
I wonder if they still need for a RCMP report instead or is it just fine..

I am in the same situation... But i guess there s no other way than to wait for the agents to update us.

You need to have log in credentials to your CIC account to track it. I am really confused as to how any agent can deny you that !! It is you who are paying them and not the other way around. Moreover, how you can be sure that you have got the AOR. I guess you need to give 'em your piece of mind and claim the info that rightfully belongs to you

but im really curious to track my application.
can i do that without asking my CIC account details to my consultant?

17 Dec AOR.

I have been made to understand that it takes 3-4 months for the visa approval. Should we expect a delay here, factoring in the Christmas holidays?

Hi,
Just a question, do I need to pay for my express entry application online before they will issue AOR?
For creating an application profile in express entry pool there are not charges. When they will issue ITA, then there are no charges. When you move further and submit your document in your revert to issued ITA by continuing your application then you need to pay for the fees. Here, you can choose either to pay only processing fee (which is mandatory to be payed) or you can choose to pay processing fee and the right of permanent residence fee (RPRF) as well. RPRF is not mandatory but its an assumption that by paying this you may have a quicker processing timeline for your application.

Hi everyone,

I have a quick question regarding my work history.

I started my current position as a part-time November last year, worked 37.5 hours per week (full-time hours), then I got promoted to a full-time position January this year. November this year, there has been some changes to the bank, they changed the title of my current position, however, all the job duties remain the same. Same NOC for all of them.

My question is, should I fill in 3 work history separately or as two or one entry? and if it is okay to list all three positions on one employment letter? (I entered part-time +full-time as one entry, the current position with the new title as the second entry on my EE profile)

Thank you for your time, really appreciate your help.

Unfortunately, that is the case with the agents. I am in the same boat. It is one of the conditions in the contract. At least I thought they would put my email in the application so I would receive notifications but that is not even the case! They put a new email they created.

Screw their contract. Write an e-mail to CIC and remove them from being your representative. At the end of the day if they screw up it's on you and not them, they got the money already that you paid. They won't do anything special that you can't do yourself. Save yourself some money and headache.

You are right. This is an extreme measure to isolate the applicant by not giving them access to their application. Actually, I have yet to submit new IELTS result with them. Do you reckon I should just create a new profile as I have everything I need (waiting the new TRF)?

I am contemplating to either contact the agency to terminate their contract, so they can delete my profile and I can recreate or just never inform them and I go along with a new profile.
